MEETING OUR GUESTS EXPECTATIONS
Our ethos is to provide a quality glamping experience in a peaceful and quiet rural location.
We always endeavour to meet our guests expectations and to this end we have a number of rules for our guests when booking a holiday with us.
We always expect our guests to be respectful of our nearest neighbours and other guests.
At busy times you may have to queue for the toilets or showers - please be patient.
We ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum after dark. Our nearest neighbours are very sensitive to shouting, laughing, crying, screaming and we ask our guests to respect this and keep a quiet campsite curfew by 11pm at the latest.
We ask our guests not to bring music making equipment as any noise of this nature disturbs both the livestock, neighbours and other guests and can be heard a great distance away from the camp.
Please do not invite your friends and family to visit you at our site. We do not permit visitors without additional charges. If you wish to meet up with your friends and family staying nearby then do not arrange for them to park here or visit without consultation to us.
We ask our guests to treat the yurts and the camp facilities kindly and report any damage or breakages immediately.
We ask our guests to leave the camp, kitchen and bathroom areas clean and tidy as found.
We are unable to accept bookings for hen and stag groups or those who want to have a loud party or rave as we are unsuited to these due to the rural nature of our location.
We cannot permit any swimming in the lake or river on our property.
If our rules might inhibit your holiday or not meet your expectations in any manner then please do not book to stay with us.
