![]() Half term holidays are always busy times at our yurt camp. Last week was a lovely week with several families taking short breaks for the week with their children. The most recent young guests were very keen to be introduced to our horses and spent their week meandering in the fields, playing by the water, collecting eggs from our free range hens, and grooming our horses. Fortunately the weather was really kind and we had some lovely clear evenings with warm sunny days - perfect for a barbecue around the camp fire. Often our guests ask for recommendations of places to eat locally and there are 3 pubs within walking distance of the yurt camp. Recently the Tally Ho Inn at Littlehempston has been reopened and is has been bought and is now owned by over 130 shareholders from the local community. It is well worth a visit if you like a warm welcome and great pub grub - www.tallyhoinn.co.uk
