VIRGIN EXPERIENCE DAYS VOUCHER SCHEME
Hemsford Yurt Camp has a tie in with Virgin Experience Days Voucher Scheme to provide 2 night yurt breaks and 2 night breaks in our shepherds hut.
If you are the holder of a Voucher for a 2 night stay then please contact us by telephone on 01803 762774 to check if your required dates are available. At the point of reservation please have your voucher in front of you as we will need some details from your voucher in order to accept your booking.
All vouchers are for mid-week, and term time breaks - you can upgrade your voucher on payment of an additional supplement to stay at other times. Please contact us for details if you wish to stay at weekends, bank holidays or during school holidays as there will be a supplement to pay and will be subject to availability.
We advise booking at least 8 weeks in advance for popular times.
The Virgin Experience days Voucher scheme
offers 2 night MID WEEK low season breaks in any of our yurts;
the Plym yurt which sleeps 2, the Dart yurt or the Tamar yurt - which can sleep up to 4 people, the shepherds hut which can sleep up to 4, and the Hems yurt which can sleep up to 6.
MID WEEK IS MONDAY TO THURSDAY INCLUSIVE

Easter holidays 2023 are: 28TH MARCH 2024 to 14th April 2024
May bank holiday Monday 6TH May 2024
May half term Monday 27th May 2024 to Sunday 2ND June 2024
Summer Holidays July 26th 2024 to 2ND September 2024
All Supplements to be paid at time of booking by bank transfer -

Please note that a basket of logs and firelighters is not included with any holiday booked with a Virgin Experience Days Voucher
If we are unable to meet your requirements or if your voucher is nearing its expiry date then please contact Virgin Experience Days directly.
We are always keen to assist our guests with their first choice of date, however summer months can be very popular and we advise to book early to avoid disappointment. If your chosen dates appear unavailable on our calendar then please still get in touch as we frequently will offer upgrades if we have availability in alternative yurts or our shepherds hut for your selected dates.
Our standard terms and conditions apply to all guests booking with a Virgin Voucher.
We reserve the right to upgrade guests to a superior yurt on occasion for operational reasons.
